    Tracking the details.

TAC 10's Jail Management System allows corrections facilities to keep and access important inmate information quickly and easily.

Manage your facility with safety and control.

TAC 10’s Jail.Net is a web-based application framework for correctional facilities, jails, and prisons that was designed from the ground up utilizing our WebOne platform. This module can stand alone or as part of an integrated suite of Law Enforcement applications such as RMS, CAD, Evidence, Investigations, Civil, and others. It utilizes the same core person, business and location indices that all of our modules use. The booking and release process are two of the most important areas for Jail and our system can be set up to accommodate a dynamic workflow with a wizard-based experience for your detention officers.

Enhanced Booking
The Enhanced Booking feature of TAC 10’s JMS takes the user step by step through the booking process. It can be configured to include collection of personal information, arrest information, inmate property and medical intake information, plus much more.

Management of Daily Activities
The TAC 10 JMS will track inmate movements both in and outside the facility and includes billing for housing of inmates held for other agencies. It is capable of tracking and scheduling daily inmate activities such as visitations, court dates, mail and phone contacts, as well as medications required by inmates. It also tracks inmate money received and spent, including commissary purchases.

Flexible Commissary Management
TAC 10’s JMS includes a Commissary System to manage and dispense products to inmates while they are in the facility. The system will automatically post orders to the inmate’s account and print order receipts. Our JMS will also transfer information to many popular commissary programs for agencies using third-party banking software.

Mug Shot
Our JMS has an additional module that provides hardware and software necessary for the capture of mug shots.
