With strong software-focused leadership and a staff of seasoned professionals – many with law enforcement backgrounds – TAC 10 is dedicated to providing effective solutions to match the mission-critical demands of local and state agencies.

A Solution That Fits

Among the things we have learned while serving the public safety community is that every agency has unique requirements. In line with our company philosophy, A Solution That Fits, we chose to develop an application system that easily conforms to the needs of each agency rather than ask the agency to adapt to our solution.

Highly Flexible and Configurable

At the heart of the truly unique design of TAC 10’s software solution is the ability to provide applications that are highly flexible and configurable, without changing the application source code. Using the latest software development tools and architecture, TAC 10 has developed a software product suite that enables us to “tune and tailor” our software solution to meet your specific business needs.

TAC 10 utilizes the latest Microsoft SQL server and .NET development environments to create the most modern solutions for its customers. All of our web based software was written in ASP.NET using c# to create our T-ONE Platform. This platform was designed using a Service Oriented Architecture allowing greater data flexibility and access and is the building blocks for all applications frameworks derived from it.

Our RMS, Jail, Case Management and Evidence modules were built on top of the T-ONE platform so they all share the same common security, alerting and notification framework, form designer and rendering engine, Picklist editor, entity-mapper, data access layer, reporting and data sharing framework.

Both CAD and Civil have been integrated into the T-ONE platform and both are supported through the platform for making their information available through the web services and web form designer features of the T-ONE platform.
